1. Welcoming You!
When you arrive at HealthSource of Canal Winchester, a staff member will warmly greet you and present you with a quick survey and information sheet that will help us better care for you. You’ll receive your own personal assistant who will guide you through the forms, answer all your questions and help make sure the new chiropractic patient process runs smoothly.
2. Your Special Consult
Your personal assistant will then promptly take you on a short tour of our clinic before you see your chiropractor. You’ll be introduced to the rehab room, learn about some of our programs designed to keep you well even AFTER your care, and help you become more familiar with who we are and how we can help you.
During your consult, your chiropractor will discuss the issues you’re experiencing, any pain you’re in, and how you’re feeling that day. It’s important that you’re very thorough about what’s bothering you during this time so your doctor can recommend the best care that will get you back to feeling pain free!
3. Your Chiropractic Care
Your treatment plan may begin immediately or your chiropractor may recommend X-rays or other tests that will help decide the best course of action. Your chiropractor will thoroughly explain your results, including what the findings mean for your pain and future health concerns, and answer any and all questions you may have. The care plan will also be discussed at this time, and a team member will go over cost and what will be covered by your insurer.
